Subject: Yo Grizz, Richardson took your advice

Speaker Richardson must read this board because he fixed his tax plan. Now he isn't going to eliminate all ad-valorem taxes, just the school taxes.

His idea for replacing the lost revenue is what makes political satire so difficult to write.

The evil property tax on half million dollar homes will be replaced with a much fairer tax on, um, food. No Robin Hood, this guy.

Another new tax, my personal favorite, is a sales tax on lottery tickets. I'm pretty sure this wasn't an attempt at humor, because he gave reasons for doing it.

This type of logic really hurts LSD sales. No one will pay for an illegal substance when they can get a more dramatic distortion of reality for free just by listening to this man.
