Or not. Well, maybe. Richardson could out tap dance Donald O'Connor and Sammy Davis, Jr. combined. Personally, I have no idea what the man is going to do, but if he does anything along these lines, I guarantee it will screw up our lives to the max. His drum beating sounds remarkably like the wonderful things that would happen when the discussions about deregulating the gas industry were going on - and didn't that work out well?
