Alvin over one little kid who isn't getting the services he/she needs. Of course we can just continue to corral all those defective little brats in one place and hope they get better. So far that's been the plan. For some reason it doesn't seem to be working. At &78,000 she probably did pay for it over the last three years of taxes. But gosh, why waste a moment worrying about whether or not her child becomes a productive citizen. It can always learn bank robbery for a living.
