Spring is here in the mid-Atlantic region. Daffodils are blooming and the early flowering trees in our community are ready to pop with blossoms. Angus Phillips, the Washington Post Outdoors writer, had a piece in today's paper about all the work he has yet to do to get three older boats he recently purchased ready for the water. He writes, "Now, with spring barreling down time's pitiless highway, headlights on and horn blaring, it all comes to a head." I hope all of you in the northeast and mountain west can at least see the headlights even if you can't quite hear the horn yet!
