First, I suspect there are a few lurkers who don't want to be identified, but who also keep up with the forum from time to time. We're likely in double digits! Secondly, the escalating number of obits is sad - but I do pause and remember past acquaintances often with fondness and appreciate those postings of information I would otherwise never be likely to read.

Is there another issue of the Recorder planned? What about a last ditch effort either in the paper or through an email blast encouraging folks to post even brief notices of milestones or other personal achievements? Not everyone can travel the globe, but retirements, great grandchildren, moves to new housing arrangements might all be worth sharing. One should not feel compelled to publicize their political/personal opinions or think that they need to compete with their writing prowess in order to add a few words to the site.

Tom should not have to support the expense involved with the site. The class treasury should surely pick up any tab involved in its existence.

I check in more often than I admit - and I, for one, would like to see it continue and blossom. I applaud those who do post and would miss Denny's ramblings and other notes if it disappeared.
