Hi Guys,
Belated Happy Easter to you, the "Forum Faithful." Wife and I had a full Easter week. Wednesday was our regular small group meeting at church. We're reading Max Lucado's book Traveling Light based on how 23rd Psalm can help us ease life's burdens. Attended evening Maunday Thursday service with communion done in Upper Room manner. Good Friday service was at noon. Saturday we had a memorial service for a long-time church member who passed away suddenly the previous Saturday. Then had Easter service on Sunday with communion again because it was first Sunday of the month. Couldn't kneel at the altar rail however because the altar rail was lined with flowers for Easter. So I got more religion than I normally get in one week, but that's the way it should be for Easter. Have to confess I haven't been to a sunrise service in many a year. Just can't get up that early any more unless I absolutely have to, like when I had to finish prep for a recent colonoscopy. Only had one benign polyp! On that happy note, I bid you good evening.
Best regards,
Dave
