Okay, I have a William Cleveland who was married to a Rhoda Seaggs and has a sister named Elizabeth, but that Elizabeth was born around 1782 in Georgia. Maybe they had a daugther who they named after his sister. I don't have any information on their children. My William Cleveland was born in 1766 in Culpepper, GA. Please email me to discuss further.
