John Wyat CLEVELAND, son of John CLEVELAND and Rhoda KIDD, was born in Ruckersville, Elbert County, Georgia 26 March 1814. John died 31 August 1836 in Elbert County, Georgia, at 22 years of age.
He married Matilda ALEXANDER in Elbert County, Georgia, 28 December 1831.[ii] Matilda was born in Elbert County, Georgia circa 1815.
John Wyatt CLEVELAND and Matilda ALEXANDER had the following children:
i. William Leroy CLEVELAND[iii] was born in Elbert County, Georgia 1834.
ii. Thomas Daniel CLEVELAND[iv] was born in Elbert County, Georgia 1836.
Matilda must have married George Keoun after John died.
John & Rhoda Kidd Cleveland are my 4th G-Grandparents.
