If this is the John Cleveland you are looking for, his father Thmas Anderson Cleveland was the son of Jpseph Cleveland and Martha (Patsy) Meeks of Elbert Co., Georgia. I live in Seattle, WA. We'll be visiting Georgia in October. The clue in your text to my family members is ELBERT CO. Jeremiah & Nancy Helen (Clark, Habersham Co, GA & Jacob & Millie (White), Elberton, GA are my direct line. My question to you is where are these townships...I can't seem to find them on my GA map.
