Jesse Blassingame Cleveland came to Jewett, Texas after the civil war. He married
Mollie Kennedy there. They had three girls and so that line of the Cleveland name died
with them.
Jesse had a brother Benjamin Salone Cleveland who came to Jewett after his brother,
Jesse. He died there having never married.
A sister, Lucy Cleveland, later came to Texas with her husband, Dr. Farney (sic.)
Jones. They settled in Holiday, Texas.

Looking for information on Jesse Blassingame Cleveland, Lucy Cleveland Jones and Benjamin Salone Cleveland. I think they are children of Jesse Cleveland and Mary Blassingame. Any descendants out there? Jesse was the son of Robert, who was the son of John, who was the brother of Jeremiah, my 5 great grandfather. Thanks!

I am researching my husbands family tree. His grandmother was ANNIE ESTELLE CLEVELAND-STEWART. Her father was born in Alabama and her mother was born in Texas.

ANNIE was born 11-25-1893 Texas and died 2-24-1968 Gonzales County Texas.

ANNIE ESTELLE married EVERETT OBID STEWART in 1914 Texas.

They are both buried at Leesville Cemetery in Gonzales Texas.

I would appreciate any information as to who ANNIE's parents were and any siblings in her family. All I have are copies of census records for ANNIE E. & EVERETT STEWART.

If anyone recognises this family please contact me at bobnregi@verizon.net

Thanks,
Regenia Campbell
