I work with students who are dyslexic or struggling with reading and writing. I start with a thorough assessment. I use a multi-sensory eclectic approach including the Lindamood-Bell Lips Program and the Phono-Graphix method. My teaching also includes stories I've created which easily and seamlessly get the student reading immediately. I also provide the "just right book at the right time" to allow the student to read with ease and enjoyment. I have a Masters in Education from Southern Oregon University.
