I have to agree with you on this one. I am also completing the certificate course on dyslexia and it has opened my peception of teaching and learning with dyslexic children. I am an ESL teacher and often I have to deal with Special education children. I have learned that the use of multisensory methods can immensely increase learning. How activities and games can be used to make learning interesting. Above all ,I have learned that rewarding a student can do wonders for his self esteem and confidence.
