Did your school ever test him before you took him outside the school system and have him tested? Do you have anywhere in writing that you were taking him womewhere for testing because you still thought something was not right? If you have documentation, you should call a special education attorney and discuss the situation with them about getting your money back from the school system. I did and it worked for me!
