 Hi Sara. I happen to be in the same situation as you are. I'm currently trying to find private testing for my son because our school has made it clear that they don't care. From what I've learned, this all boils down to money and the schools unwillingness to take care of our children. Have you spoken with an advocate from Mpact? http://ptimpact.org/index.aspx They are very resourceful, know all the ins and outs and what our schools are supposed to do for our kids. I hope this helps. I know how upsetting it is to not be able to help your child.
