 Hello, Is your child getting help with dyslexia? Dyslexic individuals learn in a different way. studying for his spelling words needs to be done using a multi-sensory approach. Picturing the words in his head, writing them in the air with his eyes closed then spelling them out loud. Then writing them. Doing one word at a time.
Has he had phonemic awareness training? And what about intensive phonics?
