Although I can't tell you very much about your relative I can at least say that I, and many thousands of Tradesman Printers throughout the world owe him a debt of gratitude for many years of employment in the printing trade. Bcause of the invention of the Linotype machine most of us had very stable and secure jobs. Alas, computer technology has caused the demise of this form of printing. I wish you and your family well.
