  First timers at the halloween feis and know that costumes are encouraged and wanted to know if the majority of older pc/open champs groups will dress up in halloween costumes?

  Brenda Buckley, 51, of New Brighton, Minn., beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and teacher, passed on peacefully in her spiritual journey surrounded by her loving family and friends on Sunday, Oct. 17, 2009. Brenda was one of the founders of Scoil na dTri Irish Dance Academy, providing the vision, inspirational leadership and direction for the school since 1994. Brenda was a master teacher who earned her TCRG certification from An Coimisiun, Dublin, Ireland. She was also president of the Minnesota Feis, which was the first Irish dance competition in Minnesota. Brenda's love and passion for Irish dance and commitment to excellence and achievement touched the lives of many.
  
  She was preceded in death by father, James Beeson, and brother Murray.
  
  Brenda is survived by her son, Rob; grandson, Brennan; mother, Elsie Beeson; brother Dan Beeson (Sue); and nieces and nephews, Christine, Laura, James and Ryan Beeson.
  
  Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, at Hillside Funeral Chapel, 2610 19th Ave., Minneapolis, Minn. Visitation will resume Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. memorial service at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Ave. NW, New Brighton, Minn
