Subject: You are so right. People can believe what they want. The fact is, our region limits qualifications to be from two regions. There are so many to choose from, so for most, shouldn't be an issue. I think it would be nice for the region to have an exception for the folks in the far Western states in our region where there are less opportunities. Maybe allow West US feiseanna.
