Subject: I agree - we were on a grades stage - did not run smoothly and then dances were rushed with no time in between.

They moved U14 dancers to a different stage so there was no break for U13 dancers, and prob not for U14. There was also a big delay and A LOT wait time before these dancers started dancing. Hard to determine start time so get there in time to dance before lunch to have stage break at 11:45. Stage monitors then said we would start back at 12:15. Rushed to eat to not have stage start until 12:40 - then to break for treble reel - which was supposed to be at lunch time. Then had to dance 3 dances in a row.

My daughter had to be on stage 4 and stage 6 at the exact same time....one in hard shoe and one in soft shoe. Had to keep switching back and forth with a shoe change at least 2 times. Just odd stage assignments. Other than that, it was a great feis as always!!!

[> [> [> [> Is your dancer in two different levels? Novice/PZW? I ask as that can happen and yes, it sucks! As for TR, I believe that was late as a few stages were breaking for lunch after some had already returned from break. -- No name, 09:05:05 06/20/17 Tue (NoHost/99.31.72.55)

[> [> [> [> [> Exactly - not sure why stage 4 broke for lunch so much earlier than the other stages. Not well coordinated. There were only Prizewinner dances scheduled after they broke for lunch at the U13 and U14 level so don't think the other dancer was in 2 levels. -- No name, 09:33:54 06/20/17 Tue (d53-64-7-202.nap.wideopenwest.com/64.53.202.7)

[> [> [> [> [> [> The Feis has been blamed for being too fast, then too slow, then too fast again. It's been blamed for not coordinating lunch (although it did) ... one stage closed 5 minutes difference (WOW) ... -- Not going to please everyone / and some - never, 10:58:11 06/20/17 Tue (mobile-166-137-012-060.mycingular.net/166.137.12.60)

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> we were not done with grades by 1:30... my daughter had done one dance then they broke for treble reel about 12:45/1:00 and then she started dancing again at 1:30. They asked for feedback, if you don't want an explanation don't ask for it. If one stage took lunch at 11:45 and other stages broke for lunch at 12;30 that is more than a 5 minutes difference, unless I am doing the math wrong. -- No name, 13:02:23 06/20/17 Tue (d53-64-7-202.nap.wideopenwest.com/64.53.202.7)

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> I don't know about U13 & U14, but the U15 Prizewinner dances were split between 2 stages. It was a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. Stage monitors knew about it and did a good job coordinating. That said, I don't see a good reason for having those dances on separate stages. -- No name, 15:05:47 06/26/17 Mon (24-247-125-147.dhcp.klmz.mi.charter.com/24.247.125.147)
