Subject: Shouldn't IDTANA provide a list then? Was supplying a list the only thing NAFC did?

There are other resources, but logically they also need to pull information from somewhere. I think that NAFC ensured that feiseanna were relatively balanced among the regions, and spaced out geographically and by dates so that they did not "enrich" on each other.
