Subject: Both syllabi for the MidAmerica Online Feis and Wisconsin Winterfeis have this statement: “PC and OC competitions will be combined if less than 5 dancers registered.” Is this new? And how will it work? Are they now combining single age PC & OC rather than 2 age groups at each level?
