Shovlin and Bell are your best bets...Burke Conroy is a hot mess, and probably folding soon.

not sure what is happening with Burke Conroy, most of their students seem to have gone to other schools so they must have folded during covid :( There is at least one non-certified school in the area as well (Pittsburgh Reelers?)

That said, Shovlin and Bell both have great teachers and a lot of happy families. Shovlin is south of the city and Bell is north, so maybe look at both and decide based on commute, as that can be headache! Best of luck with your move!

The Reelers are a non-competitive school, they just do local performances. Bell is a bigger school, Shovlin smaller...both do competitions, teams, and solos, as well as performances. Both great schools, and people. The Shovlins and the Bells danced together as kids, so everyone gets along well. Both great options for you, depending on where you are located.
Both schools are starting to pick up the Burke Conroy kids...think that school is only doing private lessons now, no official classes.
