Subject: House or flat in CT? 3 People for 3 Months.

Hello there!

We are Catharina, Thorsten and Franziska, all in our 30ies. We would love to escape the upcoming european winter and spend NOV. 02 - FEB. 03 (min. 3 months) in or around Capetown.
We are looking for a flat or a house in a save area, a pool and seaview would be ideal (a beach within reach would be excellent!).
Minimum requirements are 2 double beedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, dining area, a terrace and a bathroom. It doesn‘t need to be a luxury place, slightly upmarket would feel good though! Our budget is around 10.000,-- ZAR per month.
If you have something like that, please send me an email. Some photos or a link to a webpage with details and possibly pix of the place would of course help a great deal.
