Subject: Crello gestures to the guards, who grab the Bandit by the arm and drag him away from the chairs. Crello snaps his finger as he moves towards the stairs, and once again invisible ropes grip the Bandits arms, legs and forehead, making it impossible for him to move. Crello reaches the last step and approaches the Bandit. With one finger he traces a simple design onto his forehead. The design, a crescent moon and star, itches in and odd way and glows faintly silver. The Head Councilor mutters something under his breath, and the design pulses with blue light three times. Crello stands back, nodding.
