Hi all,

I recently purchased a 486Core+Base. After reading thru the manuals many times, I tried powering up the unit.

I used the supplied serial cable, and have set the hyperterminal settings exactly as instructed by the manuals. But nothing came out.

The manuals stated the D3,D4 LEDs "should lit according to the card's startup progress". But, I cant find any description of what lighting should I expect at which state of the startup. As such I cant tell what the card is doing. Can anybody please help ?

As for D3 & D4, I'm assuming the 2 LEDs next to the ethernet port. If yes, I'm getting a constant red & green (red being nearer to the ethernet port, green is the farther LED). Is this OK ?

Please help.

Thanks in advance,
/SQ Liang
