Subject: Translating power through a 45 degree angle?

I've found a lot of miter gears that are available for transmitting power through a 90 degree angle (i.e. shafts that are perpendicular to each other) but what if I want to transmit power through a 45 degree angle? Are stock miter or bevel gears available for transmitting power through shafts that are oriented at 45 degrees to each other?
