Comfort Inn in Grundy, Va
December 17, 2017
Registration from 12-1pm Pageant starts at 1:30
Entry Fee $50 (includes Beauty and 3 age division optionals)
Deposit of $20 is required and the remaining balance can be paid the day of the pageant. Deposit will be accepted by paypal and money orders
Welcome to our pageant system. We have been in pageantry for over 20 years. We have held and judged prelim and national level pageants. We award each and every child a beautiful crown along with other nice awards. No child will leave empty handed. Our goal is to have a fun and fair pageant for everyone. We try to go above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience for you and your child(ren).
ATTIRE: Attire for this pageant will be Christmas

Wear. This means anything with a Christmas theme or colors. Be creative and have fun with it. Can do beauty walk or a routine. Christmas wear can be off the rack (store bought), custom made .
OUTFIT OF CHOICE
Outfit of choice can be any attire from pageant dress, swimwear, another Christmas Wear, Pro Am wear...etc. If you have questions about the attire please contact us. This score can replace your Christmas Wear score if it is higher to be added into supreme title. You can do beauty walk or routine. If you have music please turn it in during registration. Price is $20 and additonal OOC is $15
**Hair and Makeup Is allowed**
AGE DIVISON:
Boys: Boys 0-23m, 2-4 years (if these age division receive a large amount of contestants will be divide them to small divisions and if need to we have to right to combine age division)
Girls 0-6m, 7-12m, 13-23m, 2-3y, 4-5y, 6-7y, 8-9y,

10-12y,13y and up (if we have a alot of interest in teen division we will break the 13y and up into more divisions and if need to we have to right to combine age division )
We are awarding an Elite Grand, Grand Supreme and a Mini Grand Supreme. These titles are pulled from the highest score of the pageant. If you do not place in your age division this means you won a Mini, Grand or Elite Supreme title. We DO NOT double crown Supreme titles (Age Division, Mini, Grand or Elite)
Division Winners: We will award one Division Supreme winner in each age group then runners up. Everyone will receive a crown and a nice gift.
Optionals: We will award 3 optionals (this is included in your pageant fee) Optionals will be Most Handsome/Beautiful, Best Christmas Wear, Best Personality/Model
Door Overall Supreme $10 each or enter all 3 for $25 We will be offering Overalls the day of the pageant. This will be the highests score over all

the pageant. These overall supreme titles will be Overall Best Christmas Attire/Outfit of Choice, Overall Most Handsome/Beautiful and Overall Best Personality/Model. Overall Supreme winners will receive a large beautiful crown and special gift. (you can win this title and any other title)
Photogenic
We will be awarding a natural and a glitz photogenic winner in each age division. They will be judged separately. (this is an optional event you can enter. (score is not counted toward supreme title) You can enter 1 photo for $5 or unlimited photos for $10 for natural and 1 photo for $5 or unlimited photos for $10 for glitz. There will be one Natural and one Glitz Photogenic winner in each age divison

Everyone loves this because they can show their support for their favorite contestant. Votes are just

$1 each. You can vote from the start of the pageant up until we get ready to crown! One lucky winner will receive a VERY large and beautiful crown along with some special gifts! Tell your family, friends and everyone around you about this fun event and ask them to support you by voting ahead of time. Just collect their money and when you arrive at the pageant you can enter it.
Discounts!! We offer several ways to receive discounts! We do offer sibling discount. First sibling gets in regular price and second sibling 1/2 off regular price. Referall program. Refer 3 contestants with a paid deposit and you get your Entry fee paid!! They must tell us your name when paying their deposit.

We have to the right to cancel/reduce/combine due to low numbers at deadline. Poor sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated. Please bring cash only the day of the pageant. Checks will not be accepted. All judges decisions are final!! When entering a pageant you are paying for someone's opinion. We do make sure we use fair and honest judges. We will provide score sheets at the end of the pageant. We will be charging door admission. This helps to pay for the venue. Adults will be $6 and children under 12 is $3. We will be offering a food concession stand also.
