Yengi elipbä qa`idisi boyichä bolghanda , ägär “Ä“ni kirgüzgili bolmisa uning ornigha “E”ni ishlitishkä bolidu diyilgän . Miningchä UKYgä yengi qalaymiqanchiliq elip kilidu , yeni “Ä”ning ornini “E” elip kitidu. “E” konupka taxtisida bar häm kishilirimiz bir mäzgil ishlitip könüp qalghan . Shunga kishilirimiz asanni közläp , qa’idini untup qalidu. (Buninggha Misranning özidiki maqalilarla missal bolalaydu . Hätta yengi UKYni qollaydighan , shu yighinlargha qatnashqan kishilirimizmu gärchä “Ä”ni bimalal kirüzgili bolsimu “E”ni ishläkän .)

Miningchä “Ä”ni kirgüzüshkä imkan bolmisa “E”ni ishlitish digän bälgiliminingmu ilmiy asasi yitärlik ämäs . Misal elinghan “At”, “Ät”ning pärq ätkili bolmasliq hadisi mäwjüt ämäs . Chunki biz köp halarda komputerda yäkkä pe`illarni ayrim ishlätmäymiz , ishlitimiz disäk päqät ilmiy maqalilardila ishlitishimiz mumkin . Wähalänki addtiki tekt hjätlirining hämmisi “Ä”ni qollaydu. Shunga “Ä”ni ishlitish mumkin bolmighan jaylarda “A”ni ishlätsäk.
