I purchased an african american baby doll in the 1980s (I think) Her head, hair, arms and legs are made out of plastic, and her body is made out of fabric. She is about 24 inches long, and her eyes open and close. On the back of her neck there is a stamp that says "Star doll" (two words) and then the number 20 stamped below that. I probably purchased her in Alberta, Canada or in Utah. She is wearing a blue velvet dress with a white eyelet top. Does anyone know who this doll was made by, or know anything about the history of the doll? (I looked up "star doll" on google, but they all look like barbie dolls.)
