As far as I know there aren't any DVD players that'll do that, seeing as that would undo the whole regional coding thing. There may be a program out there for DVD-ROM drives to override it, but i don't know of it. On my comp, i can switch which region it's in, but there's a limit of 5 switches, so that's not really practical.
Check out http://www.800.com for your dvd player shopping questions. [I think they'll completely shut down the line of questioning relating to your current question though. But for everything else, they'll help you with it.]
