Yes. Many, many more people die because of drunk drivers than because of street racing. But I seriously doubt if there are only 130 times as many people who drive while intoxicated as street race. Don't fall into the trap of confusing total fatalities with the mortality rate.

Case in point: Way more people suffer fatal slip and fall accidents in the bathroom than are eaten by alligators. This is because many more people take baths than encounter large aquatic reptiles, not because alligators are less dangerous than wet floors.
