Subject: Eric has a valid point, WHY wasn't anything done when Eric got threatened with a gun? Is it because it was one of your friends that threatened him?

If the Police are monitoring this board, I want to know WHY you haven't done anything about the threats with a gun that took place a month or so ago! It's gonna look real bad if someone gets off a few shots at Eric or ANYONE and it becomes known that the polce were aware of the threats on this board. (Don't worry, I will remind you if you conviently forget)

Whoever is running this board CAN be held liable for acts perpetrated on/or conspired on this site. Trust me! You are providing a medium for plans/plots to designed and carried out. By letting these posts stay up, you are effectively condoning illegal activities. It’s called aiding and abetting!
Besides, why would you want to? If it is ENTERTAINMENT to you, You are a sick puppy!

OK I spoke with Mark and he said he removed the post for you because you were right about the tobacco company thing and aiding and abetting and it really doesnt follow the guidelines of the disclaimer either. I hope you have dicussed this with Eric as this just removed most evidence that the post/threat ever existed.

As far as condoning illegal activities, hell, I hate to point out the obvious to ya but this is a street/drag racing message board. Last time I checked one of those wasn't legal.

This is a message board that is in a public domain. You cannot be held responsible for things posted on here as long as you have your "disclaimer" stating that the view and postings do not reflect those of the owner. Thats like saying that if I go to a party at someone's house and make public statements that I want to kill the president or something stupid like that, that they could hold the homeowner liable for my words... WRONG... One mans slander is not anothers responsibility. I run several message boards so I have some experience in people saying crap like this.

Thanks Jeff, I agree, I am not really worried about the "aiding and abetting" etc. etc. but just the same it doesnt exactly follow the guidelines and rules of www.voy.com.
