Subject: Federal Private Purchase Sack Coats

Greetings chums,

I was wondering if any of y'all have any photos or documentation pertaining to private purchase/commercial sack coats. Specifically, I'm interested in whether they were lined or what percentage lined v. unlined. If unlined, were the seams handfelled or flat pressed? If lined, what types of materials were used? Wool such as found in lined issue sack coats? Perhaps a type of shirting? The only example I've seen is in EoG. It's unlined but I can't tell what the seams are like. Surely there is more than that one example out there. All input welcome, and thanks!

Corn
