Sheri of Galla Rock emailed me today with a UPS traking number of my package she finally got out to me today. I was originally informed by them that my order would be sent in 3-4 weeks which would've placed it to me by Nov.1 of last year. I patiently waited until early Dec. and after numerous attempts by email and phone was told it was ready and would be sent in a week. Waited until 3 weeks ago because of the holidays and after numerous attempts got Sheri on the phone and was told my order would be sent by priority mail the next day. Never got it and after numerous unsuccessful attempts at contact, I started posting on different boards in regards to other people experiences with this supplier. Was told by most that the only way I would ever see my stuff was to threaten with sincerity a mail fraud charge and than I would recieve my stuff in a few days. Did the mail fraud thing yesterday and a package is on the way today. Whats in the package is another matter. I'm usually a patient person concerning ordering authentic gear, but I hate being lied to. Just be up front about things and I'll give anybody time to do my order.
