Thanks for the pictures. I grew up in Laurel. At one time or another I've lived all around the state (jobs, school, etc.).

I've never been to Port Gibson or Grand Gulf, and look forward to soon. I've been to Vicksburg and the Champion Hill reenactments a few years back, but missed Raymond last year. I hope to attend the next event there.

I've got the OR on CD, so I can take a look for information (if you need it...though you all sound well researched) about the 77th or anyone else.
