Subject: Jessica and DEHPenguin - need help with the new Media Player

I just downloaded the new Windows Media Player today. All of Jessica's and Dark Angels and about 1/3 of DEHPenguin's come up as letter-box size screen which squishes the images. Two of mine do the same (There She Goes plays normally). All of Roach's, Fancy Pants, Bonibarus and the other vidders' (and Wormie's) play normally. I can't figure out how to fix it. Does this mean we have to always watch them in Real Player or Quicktime? Sorry to be so clueless. I am quite frustrated! Thanks for any help.
