I would suggest you pick something 1) you're not too passionate about so you can maintain a clean, logical, and calm argument, 2) someting that is interesting or something you can put a diffent slant on, and 3) a topic that you already know somthing about so that your arguments are accurate and not emotion based (entirely). Try watching CNN for 20 minutes or so, and several topics will come up, or teh evening news. Or...take a topic you already know: music, television, the public relations failure of cable and the cancelling of programming, or whatever. Twist it to find a new viewpoint or arguemtn and use what you already know! : )

Are you good on easy to write format??
