Thank you to everyone for your quick replies and your generosity. :)

And special thanks to Donna for pointing me in this direction in the first place.

Wormie, should I just contact you through your website?

Jessica, thanx also for the update about the campaign. My other question is as follows:

I hit the site, and while I noticed some letter templates, I didn't notice any form/flyer letters.

In a campaign I was involved in over at ABC (to bring a fired character back to a show) we created some form letters. We used pilfered(natch ;)) images, prettied them up, and inserted a basic message. Then at the bottom we left a space for everyone to sign, fill in demo info, etc. Of course at the top of every letter we had the Operation: Code Name.

Everyone could print the letter, sign it, and mail as many different copies to as many places as they wanted. It gave a nice uniform presentation, and helped TPTB know we were an organized force.

And by the way, the actor was rehired. Speaking with him personally, he credited fan intervention and campaigns with the reason he was brought back.

Just a thought.

Grey
