Two different things at play here. I probably shouldn't have put the related/not related thing with the newletter link.

1. Ian says the blade can't hurt Aras because she's of Sara's bloodline.

2. The revelation says the blade can't kill a former wielder. (Doesn't say it can't hurt them)

If Evil Ian was of Sara's bloodline, not only could she not have killed him, but she couldn't have hurt him either...she did both.

The blade can HURT former wielders...case in point Dominique Boucher.

As to Kenny, he's not dead, his spirit may have been temporarily moved, but we've seen his "vapor/spirit/whatever you wanna call it" all season.

The other thing we don't know that factors into all this...did the revelation mean true past wielders
can't be killed by the WB or did that include pretenders too?
