Ah, blademaiden, I should've known you'd be so level-headed and logical. Thank God.

I'm with you -- I really enjoyed the finale, in spite of having to watch Ian get skewered in that dream! (I screamed the first time I saw it! Ack!)

The kiss between Gabe and Sara? I was game, actually, I know he's had a crush on her for quite some time. And like you, I feel it was presented well, as a "maybe-this-is-goodbye" thing. She's still loyal to Conchobar, and they've set it up nicely if he wants to come back for S3.

As for Ian's behavior with Lucrezia -- well! Whew! Now, bear in mind that I'm still not convinced he and Aras "did the wild thing." She's so far beneath him, I choose not to believe it of him. :P But with the twisted influence of Irons, why wouldn't Ian turn out twisted? He has no notion of what the world considers "normal sexual relations."

I know, I probably won't get much backing here. But that's perfectly all right with me. And I'm sure I'll have further input after I've seen this a few times. It's worth watching over, and over, and over... (hee!)

Give us Season 3! I, for one, can't wait!
