In the original movie, Sara wore comfortable jeans over long-johns and long-sleeved t-shirts. You didn't see her "lovely, malnourished little arm", or any other part of her body, for that matter, she was not dressed for sex-appeal, she was dressed for work as an undercover cop.

Then the series came into being, and TPTB decided they had to make her "sexy", showing off her abs with belly t-shirts and the comfy jeans were replaced with skin tights that make you wonder how she can possibly move when you see her running in a scene.

This is an issue we have all lamented.

And for this comment, Phoenix, I refer to you as a "GUY".

I like Lucy Lawless. The girl was a pale, wooden-faced imitation Xena-wanna-be.

Of course, they still had to make her an undercover cop -- she would have to remain anonymous, a face in the crowd, glamour girl just wouldn't cut it in the secrecy biz -- but that doesn't change the fact that YB is a beautiful woman.

It's an off-season, *cult* show. They film in Canada, and probably pay below par -- can you imagine Jennifer Aniston guest starring with her $1 million per ep pricetag? -- it's a popular venue for unknowns trying to break into the biz.

:o)
