The remaining Saturday solo practices in May are scheduled for 9:45 am to 12:00 pm at the American Legion in Newtown on 11th, 18th, and 25th.

These practices are for prizewinner/preliminary championship/open championship dancers preparing for Nationals in July and/or the Oireachtas in November/December. Please ask Christina if your dancer should attend.

Just got a note from the woman who makes the jackets and they are in.
I will attempt to get a set of emails out tonight but if you are reading this and owe money please bring it to class on Wednesday or Thursday! I have to go pick them up but should have them by the weekend (if not I will distribute them over the next week)

Just an FYI here. I don't want anyone to think that these are a requirement
I think it's up to people what they want to do. There are efficiencies from a cost perspective on banding together and buying that way but I wanted to get the stuff out.
A lot of people wanted them. At practice i spoke with a lot of people and there were very clear divisions between the different groups so I decided to try to just give everyone the option or they can not. I know everyone is dealing with their own financial implications and wants when they get there so I just wanted to be clear up front about that
I am looking forward to seeing all the kids dance and perform well up in Boston next week

Additionally - there are some matching pants, the name of the Dancer and shamrock as it appears on the jacket on the front of the pant leg (opposite side of the Jacket) - if ordered with the jacket the price would stay as $25.
If its a new separate order it would be more (If you already have a Jacket and Just want the pants the price is $40)

Practices start this Saturday (February 23rd). Additional practices will be on the following 2 Saturdays (March 2nd & 9th). All practices will start at 9:30 in the morning & end at 11:00.
Parade attire (black Ryan-Kilcoyne skorts) will be available to order THIS SATURDAY ONLY .
A black turtle neck top, flesh colored tights, poodle socks & sneakers (white is preferred) complete the outfit.
If you have outgrown parade attire at home you can bring it to practice this Saturday to sell or swap.
There will be a bus to the parade staging area leaving Newtown. Details & cost will be announced at a later time.
