Três Séculos has the armaments of many Portuguese ships of the line, especially in the late sail era, although not all. I don't know what it has about frigates or smaller vessels. The Portuguese navy was relatively small, and might not have had a need for "establishments" that would specify the armaments of large numbers of vessels. Armaments, especially for the smaller warships, might have been determined ship by ship, and have varied from time to time according to ordnance availability.
