Subject: Spanish codo

Help please!

I have been reading:
Spanish Naval Power, 1589-1665 - Reconstruction and Defeat, David Goodman, Cambridge University Press, 2002

In Appendix C there is a list of ships, years 1615-68, and their dimensions in codos.
I have in my units list the following:

codo 420 mm 6 palmos
codo de Ribera 574.7 mm 2 pies de Ribera
codo old 557.3 mm

Which one if any would apply to the above time.

Thank you in advance,

Bob Legge
