I found the following sites but could not figure out how to use them to convert Dutch florins into pounds sterling. You have to be smarter than me or willing to invest more time to figure them out.

Some of these sites have other resources for converting past price levels to modern amounts. Longitudinal conversions ("How much is £10 from 1690 worth now?") are fraught with all sorts of problems because of differences in availability of items (in 1690, no amount of money would buy you a polio shot, refrigerator, or radar set) and changes in relative costs or values of different commodities (in 1690, food was relatively more expensive but unskilled labor and servants were less expensive; you'd get a lot more meat or wheat for a servant's daily wage now than you would have in 1690).
