Yes, Langara's first attempt to wait for Cordova's from Brest at the strait or Cadiz failed and returned to Cartagena, when Cordova's arrived at the strait, due to the same bad weather, could not hold the possition and entered at Cadiz.
(I think in my other post I wrong typed Cadiz instead of Cartagena when refering to Langara's fleet, sorry!)

They were the 19 ships that could left Brest after Rodney with 4 french.

I had right now only Cordova's original fleet when left Cadiz to Brest.

Santisima Trinidad (120), Fenix , Rayo, San Carlos & San Nicolas (80s), Angel de la Guarda, Atlate, Diligente, Galica, Gallardo, Monarca, Oriente, Princesa, San Damaso, San Eugenio, San Francisco de ASis, San Francisco de Paula, San Isidro, San Jose, San Julian, San Miguel, San Pablo, San Pascual, San Pedro, Santa Isabel, San Rafael, Serio, Velasco & Vencedor (70s), San Isidoro (64), Astuto (60) and Minno (54).

So, from these, 19 were back at Cadiz after Rodney willing to meet Langara's.
For sure Trinidad, as Cordova's flagship, and 2 80's.
I will tell you later on when I get home.
The rest stayed more days at Brest under Gaston's command, I think at the Fenix as flagship.
