Here is some information from Phillips book.

Six Galleons for the King of Spain, Carl Rahn Phillips, John Hopkins University Press, Baltimore, 1986, ISBN 0 8018 3092 3

Contract signed, March 14, 1625. Martín de Arana to build six galleons in Bilbao. Left Bilbao for Santander, August 2, 1628.

Table 1 Principal Measures of Arana’s Galleons Compared to 1618 and 1626 Rules (in codos of 22 inches each).

There is more information on the ships, inventories, masts, yards, costs, Spanish artillery sizes, men, wages, food.
