Appendices I and II of Otto von Pivka's Navies of the Napoleonic Era contains a summary of ships lost for all of the major navies from 1793-1815. The lists are by nation and then by date. Ships captured are interfiled with other types of loss (e.g. wrecked, sunk, etc.) Von Pivka credits his listing as "Reprinted directly from Histroy of the Royal Navy by William, Lord Clowes, London 1899..."). Von Pivka is not always entirely reliable as a source, but Lord Clowes certainly is.
