Firstly reported in Baltimore in 1809 as a new packet ship.
CLIFTON . Served till 1817 Baltimore-New Orleans.

Not built Baltimore
Not registered Philadelphia nor New Orleans,
I have no registers of Baltimore.

Mentioned already 22.2.1817 in Buenos Ayres with schooners: Davey, Adelaide and Patriot.
25.3.1817 in Buenos Ayres privateer CHACABUCO was ex Baltimore ship CLIFTON, captain Davy 34 guns and 250 men tpogether with schooner SAN MARTIN (ex DAVIE) of 18 guns and 150. They have to proceed round the Cape.
