The short answer to your question is, unfortunately, no. The essential problem is that there was no centrally organized Spanish navy until after the Bourbon accession in 1703. The various regional commands were largely autonomous and they acquired their ships from largely independent shipbuilding complexes extending around the coastlines of the Iberian peninsula (Guarnizo, Ferel/Esteiro, Cartagena, and Cadiz/Carrera) that all had their own design proclivities, standards and methods of construction, and methods for recording. To compound this situation, very many "warships" were simply armed merchantmen and there was a high degree of construction in various overseas regions of vessels that never saw Spain herself and spent their entire service lives in relative obscurity from a European perspective.

Even after the Bourbon accession began to see the establishment of a centralized naval bureaucracy, what records exist are the results of whatever protocols were maintained by the local shipyards. During this period, political organization in Spain remained feudalized to a degree unimaginable for the north European states and this is reflected throughout the entire period up to the Napoleonic Wars.
